To Whom It May Concern:

Due to the bad economic times we are facing and the probable construction work for the Downtown Revitalization Project that would be taking place during the time of our festival the Pound Heritage Days Committee has decided that the festival will be cancelled for May 2009. HOWEVER, we will be having the Pound Heritage Days during the Memorial Day weekend in May 2010. We greatly appreciate your participation and support in the past and hope to see you in 2010.
